Shipping

Free?!?  Really???  That's right!  We have NO interest in making money off of shipping- none!  We will search for the safest, most cost effective means possible to get your item(s) to you.  Additionally, please do not be surprised if your items show up in a recycled container.  We live "Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle" at Studio 1111, and want to do our part for the environment at every opportunity.  This is our shipping promise.

Sending large stained glass panels can be a bit trickier sometimes.

If we run into any challenges we will contact you BEFORE your item ships so you can feel completely confident about what's going on.

We're sorry... at this time we are not able to ship stemware & stained glass panels outside of the continental United States. 
 

Returns & Refunds
We are here to make you smile, so if you are unhappy for any reason we want to turn your frown upside-down.  Our products do not come off of a production line, so they may have slight blemishes which makes each piece unique & one-of-a-kind.  For instance, you may be able to see the stitches that went into making your hand-beaded apron, or part of a finger print left behind by an artist in their work.  However, if you have trouble with any of our products we will do whatever we can to make it right.

The quality of our Customer Service and your satisfaction are MAJOR priorities in our world!  We believe in putting Joy out into the universe, so your expectation level should be high.  Plus the part where we want you to be so happy that you'll tell your friends & family about your experience at Studio 1111.
