Sending large stained glass panels can be a bit trickier sometimes.
If we run into any challenges we will contact you BEFORE your item ships so you can feel completely confident about what's going on.

Returns & Refunds
We are here to make you smile, so if you are unhappy for any reason we want to turn your frown upside-down. Our products do not come off of a production line, so they may have slight blemishes which makes each piece unique & one-of-a-kind. For instance, you may be able to see the stitches that went into making your hand-beaded apron, or part of a finger print left behind by an artist in their work. However, if you have trouble with any of our products we will do whatever we can to make it right.
